Choose the right message
Plan a DeLand banner around its actual display
A storefront promotion near the sidewalk needs a different message from a banner at a contractor site or community event. Decide what someone should see first: the offer, business name, event date, or entrance. Check landlord or event permission and photograph the mounting area. The production conversation can happen with the DeLand team, but no material or finish should be assumed from a generic listing.
Storefront
Measure the permitted window, wall, or railing area and note what pedestrians see first.
Jobsite
Show the fence span, mounting points, and the trade or project message.
Local event
Verify the date, venue, sponsor logos, and display location before artwork approval.
Fit and quote details
Bring dimensions and a site photo
Record the maximum usable width and height, orientation, viewing distance, and whether the banner will be indoors or outdoors. If the area is shared with other signs, photograph the entire setting. The finished size and attachment method are reviewed against those measurements.
- Finished width and height or the usable panel measurements
- Straight-on photos of the display area, vehicle, sign location, or machine
- Quantity, exact wording, approved logo, and deadline
- How the finished item will be displayed, applied, or picked up
Production and artwork
Prepare a proof that fits the job
Supply the approved logo and exact dates, address, phone, or web link. A rough sketch is useful if the file is not ready. Proof spelling and contact details before production. Ask about pickup, local delivery, or installation only for the specific project; availability is confirmed in the quote.
Same Day Vinyl has in-house wide-format Latex printing. Banner substrate, finishing, attachment method, and fulfillment options are confirmed for the particular project before an order is accepted. Do not assume a weight, hem, grommet, mesh, or pole-pocket option from a generic listing.
