Planning a Fleet Graphics Order
A fleet order is easier to review when the shared design and vehicle-specific details are recorded separately.
Separate shared and variable information
List your company name, logo version, colors, and standard contact details once. Then list each vehicle’s unit identifier, model, available lettering area, and required quantity. Mark which items are supplied as pairs.
Measure the available area
Note handles, trim, windows, panel edges, and other obstructions. A nominal vehicle model does not guarantee identical panel dimensions across body styles or years. Provide photographs to help the production team interpret your measurements.
Check every variable before approval
Review phone numbers, identifiers, spelling, quantities, and the left/right layout. Keep the approved proof version with the job specification so replacements can be reviewed against the correct design.
Plan delivery
Specify whether the order ships together or to multiple destinations. Ask for packaging labels by vehicle or unit number when that will simplify installation. Shipping costs, production timing, and any design preparation must be confirmed in the quote.
