Include confirmed registration text in contractor vehicle ads
Pennsylvania’s Attorney General FAQ says that a home-improvement contractor’s vehicle advertisement must include the contractor’s registration number. It also explains that a vehicle without business advertising does not need the number under that advertising requirement. Provide the assigned PA registration text for your proof rather than a sample number from a design. Check the law’s applicability to your business and ask the authority about your circumstances before approval; the graphic itself does not register the contractor.
Keep the registration line through artwork revisions
When updating a phone number, logo or service list, treat the confirmed registration text as a separate proof item. Compare the final layout with the information approved by the business owner before releasing every truck or trailer kit. State the intended character dimensions and measure the available area around door hardware. Do not assume a larger logo improves the whole layout if it leaves supporting information difficult to read. Ask for a revised proof whenever the text or panel dimensions change.

PROJECT BRIEF.
Choose the official paddling authorization before decorative decals
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission describes registration or a recognized launch permit as alternatives for unpowered boats using its access areas and Pennsylvania State Park or State Forest accesses; both are not required for that choice. Its launch-permit guidance places the permit stickers near the outside center of each side, high enough to be visible while paddling. Check the official guidance for your use before planning decorative graphics. A custom decal cannot substitute for the official permit.
Order registration characters separately when needed
For registered boats, PFBC explains that the owner supplies the displayed letters and numbers; the Commission does not supply those characters. Confirm the assigned number before requesting custom lettering. The state’s display guidance addresses contrast, block characters, spacing and the validation-decal area. Review it with your measured layout, keeping the official decal separate from decorative artwork. A PA contractor registration number and a PA boat registration number are unrelated order items; label each by its purpose rather than putting both in one design field.
Make the shipment match the work schedule
List each vehicle or vessel, the pieces it needs and the receiving ZIP code. Separate a contractor fleet’s repeat branding from boat-specific text and any race or sponsor graphics. If an installer will receive printed wrap panels, obtain their approved panel map and confirm who will inspect the package. Quote review establishes material availability, pricing, production timing and freight. Printed wraps exclude installation, and a requested arrival date is not a confirmed delivery commitment. This hub covers shipped products rather than a Pennsylvania storefront.
