Same Day Vinyl - Racing Graphics Guide
A written sponsor-placement plan prevents missing logos, inconsistent sizes and last-minute confusion. Use this checklist before approving race-car decals, wraps or replacement panel graphics.

Organize Every Logo Before the Print Deadline
List every primary, associate and contingency sponsor. Record the exact approved logo file, required wording, brand colors, minimum size and any placement restrictions.
Assign logos and numbers to the hood, roof, doors, quarter panels, deck lid, bumpers, pillars and windows. Note left-right differences and keep clear of seams, fasteners, vents and repair areas.
Confirm spelling, orientation, number style, driver names, sponsor hierarchy, colors, quantities and replacement sets. Obtain team and sponsor approval before production begins.
Sponsor decal approval workflow
Confirm that every logo is the current sponsor-approved version and that the team has permission to reproduce it. Verify car number, driver name, class markings, series-required graphics and windshield information. Compare left, right, front, rear and roof layouts because placements may not be symmetrical. Measure usable panel areas and identify seams, rivets, vents, fuel openings, body breaks and areas likely to be replaced after damage. Decide whether spare decal sets are needed for noses, doors and quarter panels. Record final sizes, quantities, materials and colors, then approve a dated proof. Same Day Vinyl can help prepare production files, but the customer remains responsible for sponsor authorization, rule compliance and final content approval.
Send the completed sponsor list, panel map, artwork, measurements, quantities and deadline. We will review the package and identify missing information before production.
